Privacy Notice

What we collect

We collect account details, learning preferences, practice transcripts, text-level feedback, service events, public Practice Circle posts, reports, blocks, and billing records when billing becomes available. Raw practice audio is not retained by default.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide authentication, speaking practice, saved progress, abuse prevention, service reliability, support, and legally required records.

Public Practice Circles

Lines and optional context you choose to share in a Practice Circle are public under a random practice alias, not your account name. Reports and blocks are private safety records. You can remove your own public post; deleted-account and safety records may be retained only where needed to prevent abuse or meet legal duties.

Processors and regions

TapStudy uses Cloudflare to deliver the service and process database, object, queue, security, and AI workloads. Data may be processed outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

Control and retention

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion. Security and billing records may be retained where law requires. Contact support@munops.com for a privacy request.

Children

TapStudy is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
